We use FedEx as our shipping partner so we can ship to any address they
service.
*Delivery Time*
Shipping: All products will be shipped via FedEx. Allow 2 business days to
process your order and 3 - 5 days for delivery time. Outside of US
delivery subject to distance and customs clearance.

All products will be shipped via FedEx. Allow 2 business days to
process your order and 3 - 5 days for delivery inside the U.S. Delivery outside of US
is subject to distance and customs clearance.
*General Returns Policy*
You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by LVCCounselor.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
*Non Returnable Items*
LVCCounselor.com does not accept returns of the following products.
- Downloadable software products.
- Any CD, DVD, software that has been opened/taken out of its plastic wrap. (If you discover that the item is defective after the package is opened, a full refund or replacement will still be granted.)
- Any item not returned in the condition it was received.
*Exchanges*
If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, contact Patient Education Concepts, Inc. to request a replacement. If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item (you will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item) and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order.
Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive at Patient Education Concepts, Inc..
